Yes we have onsite parking which is Free of Charge.
You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in, wet suits can be worn but are not compulsory. Most people tend to wear shorts and t shirt.
We advise to wear wet shoes as the ground can be unstable but again these are optional.
You MUST wear a buoyancy aid either your own of hire one from us at all times.
No the great thing about the lake is it is only 1.5 m deep and all users must wear buoyancy aids.
Adults must make us aware if they cant swim before entering the lake.
All children MUST be accompanied or observed by the parent from the bank side.
SUP is stand up paddle boarding – one of the fastest growing water sports in the UK. It is a full body workout, great for core strength and balance and super fun!
When you arrive head over to the Lake House to check yourself in with a member of the team, who will explain where you need to go for your activity.
Yes, toilets and shower facilities are available in the Lake House.
Yes - our Lake House has changing facilities
Please check https://www.tidetimes.org.uk/west-mersea-tide-times for tide coverings anything over 4.8m can cover so please give yourself time either side to cross.
