Refund Policy

Changes to a booking must be received by email 7 days prior to the start of the activity after which time clients will forfeit their fee. No Refunds are offered. I think we should offer a rebook?

Mersea Boating Lake reserves the right to cancel a course or session or change availability dates due to weather conditions, or any other issues that affect safety.  In these instances, alternative dates will be offered, or a full refund will be issued.  We reserve the right to change lesson/session type from group to private if the minimum attendance amount is not met or shorten the course/session accordingly.

Weather conditions. We will contact you in case of adverse weather or inadequate conditions – once a lesson/session is booked presume it will go ahead unless we contact you.
